Premier Inn St Pancras Hotel Review
by Alex Horton
I booked the Premier Inn St Pancras Hotel at the last minute due to the need to get a cheapish room at short notice in the Regent’s Park area. At £118 per night for a double, the room was not a particular bargain, although this is a lot less than many establishments in the city.
The hotel is not particularly attractive either externally or from a décor perspective however, the hotel does its job offering a clean room with a comfortable bed without costing the earth.
While the hotel is never going to win any awards, it does have a number of advantages, rooms are fairly spacious with a double bed and a convertible sofa bed meaning that three people could comfortably occupy the room. The hotel is also just a stone throw away from the major transport links at St Pancras and King’s Cross providing rail access to the rest of the UK and the continent in the form of the Eurostar. Additionally, the hotel also has its own underground car park allowing for parking in central London at £20 per 24 hour period.
If you don’t have much time to spend looking for a hotel room then the Premier Inn St Pancras offers clean and safe accommodation at a reasonable price in central London. However, if your requirements are for anything more than these basic needs then look for somewhere else to stay. I don’t regret booking in here but it wouldn’t be my hotel of choice.
